This affordable housing complex built right along a highway with no barrier of any sort to obstruct the highway traffic noise from the apartments that have no insulation in the walls The construction poorly followed through There are on going major m This affordable housing complex built right along a highway with no barrier of any sort to obstruct the highway traffic noise from the apartments that have no insulation in the walls The construction poorly followed through There are on going major maintenance projects on the property that interferes with the tenants wellbeing Police are often called onto the property for mainly violent related activity Lock your car theft is a problem Drive with caution unsupervised children run through the streets without safety practice or concern The company EAH that manages the property refers to Kolopua Apartments as Projects more ... hide ...

prosnapartments are nice inside dark laminate wood flooringnnunits are fairly good size my fav the two bedroom with seperate living and dining area with connect bar in kitchen good for family to eat atnone and 3 bdrm units have a kitchen living are prosnapartments are nice inside dark laminate wood flooringnnunits are fairly good size my fav the two bedroom with seperate living and dining area with connect bar in kitchen good for family to eat atnone and 3 bdrm units have a kitchen living area that runs together not my favoritenn you recieve your mail at apartment complex at mailbox next to officennCONSn foremost the humongous cell phone tower that is about 20 feet from nearest apartment look at photos to see morenn supposed FAMILY HOUSING but if you have a family you must be perfect barley visable and never heard you musnt ride bikes skateboards or push yr kids around on toys if you do youll b violating one of there MANY house rules and could face eviction if incident is repeatednnToo many rules and restricitions as mentioned before many absolutley crazy house rules no slippers or ANYTHING left outside yr door nothing but white curtains 7pm quiet hours i could keep going but ill stop therenn The not so nice manager Christine and the very unclear communication and poor people skills wich might come from having troubling speaking english or just not being a very nice or caring person Who also feels free to just let herself into your apartment when your not home it happened to me a few times and once to my nexr door neighbor possibly other tenantsnn no washer dryer in units shared laundry room next to office 150 for wash and 150 for drynn the numerous inspections while stayong there for a little over a year i had 15 or more inspections with one of the last ones the manager and her maintanence man opened over cupboard cabinet looked in every thing even my medicine cabinet felt very violatingnn the nosy neghbors who all think they are better than everyone else like the lady who took photos of my trash can i had left outside my back door to complain to the managernn crazy smoke alarms system our whole building went off at 3 am and woke every one up in building that is 4 apartments while our kids cried outside it took about 30 min for firedepartment to come a figure out how to get them offnn the bright bright lights that are on at night the whole area is completly lit up every corner and every window in every partment has a light shining directly in it even thru yr blindsnn little to no storage for anything like bikes and kids outside toys becayse you cant leave anything outside or not even suppposed to leave anything under stairs the one and maybe 2 bedroom s have a little storage closet large enough for blankets and clothes nothing morenni could keep going on and on cause really if you want to really live somewhere DONT i repeat DO NOT live there unlesss you are a single older person who is quiet and goes to sleep around 7 or 8pm who isnt visable due to working so much more ... hide ...

I had a horrible experience with the service at this apartment complex I had an interview with the apartments and Mateo Ramirez conducted the interview Not only was he 40 minutes late to the interview but he was easily one of the rudest individuals t I had a horrible experience with the service at this apartment complex I had an interview with the apartments and Mateo Ramirez conducted the interview Not only was he 40 minutes late to the interview but he was easily one of the rudest individuals that I have encountered in this industry He was unwilling to answer questions because it would take time away from the interview even though he was 40 minutes late We also received an email prior to the interview with a list of documents that were necessary to finalize the process but that was not the case at the interview Mr Ramirez said we were not prepared because we did not have various documents that were NOT listed on the email We ended up not finishing the interview because of the overwhelming attitude emanating from Mr Ramirez It saddens me to see such exceptionally rude individuals like Mr Ramirez in an industry that SHOULD revolve around helping better the situations of the everyone more ... hide ...
