If I do get her, she has to come down to the lobby to let me in since the buzzer in her room is not working. The building has a smoky smell even though smoking is not allowed. Mom's room on the upper floor is always too hot and she has to run the air conditioner even when it is 50 degrees outside. Parking is limited and it gets even worse when people with cars move in.
