Im leaving a bad rating not because the apartment is bad or management. Im leaving this here because hardly anyone will be able to get approved to even get in. My husband and I (while expecting in May) will not be able t o rent the apartment because we make too much. Im sure some of you will sit here and read this and think \"well you can afford a more expensive place\"... no.. we have 2 car payments, full coverage insurance, 5 credit cards, and futures medical bills to handle once the baby gets here. Even if I was to quit my job and make my husband pay 1400 a month for all of my bills alone, he could not make ends meet easily without having to choose between food on the table and a place to live. To rent these nice affordable apartments you have to make UNDER 28,000 a year. If you have a kid its 31,000 a year. but lets be realistic if you are a hard working individuals who have kids or is married and together yall work hard and on paper you make money... but in real life (what they dont take into consideration) have bills that eat up a really big chunk of it.... you are left with not much to show. so I guess ill just continue to struggle and not get into a program that could potentially help me and my soon to be bigger family get a leg up on life. more ... hide ...
