Worst place ever!!! I moved in to an apartment that had fleas and when I contacted the office staff, I was continuously told that someone from Louisiana would come and exterminate my apartment. All while Im thinking wh y an exterminator has to come from Louisiana? An exterminator never came out, but what I did get was a lease violation for allegedly having an unauthorized guest living at my apartment after being a tenant for only 4 days. So I wrote the office and stated AL landlord/tenant law, which states that \"a person is technically not a resident of a place until you have stayed there for more than 7 consecutive days\" mind you when I received the violation I had only been a resident for 4 days. When I went to inquire about the violation is was brushed under the rug. I still inquired about when someone was coming to exterminate, I showed the office the flea bits that were on my legs and still nothing. To make a long story short, I had to contact the regional director, who acted as if she was interested in helping the situation, she came down to meet with me and begged me to stay. I decided to give the apartment complex a try since I was fairly new to the complex. Worst mistake ever, the remaining of my stay became nothing but torture. I continued to receive lease violation that werent explainable, I was charged fees that werent explainable, and when I was finally fed up and contacted an attorney for the cruel behavior that I was experiencing from the complex. I was instructed to provided the complex with a 30 notice to vacate, I did that and to sum it all up, they tried to start an eviction process that later was dismissed by them, because they knew they would lose if we did go to court, I was never given an explanation of where my deposit went. Once the case was dismissed, I never received any other correspondence from them. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY IN THE BEGINNING, BUT THEY ARE REALLY WOLVES IN SHEEPS CLOTHING!!!! THERE WERE MANY OTHER THINGS THAT HAPPENED THAT I LEFT OUT, BECAUSE I WOULD BE TYPING FOR DAYS. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! more ... hide ...
