I rented a studio apartment for 6 months . I was in the apartment For about 15 days out of 6 months. Then My work transfered me to Phx. I tried getting them to break my lease and they said No we can t do that. Not even pay two months rent. So I paid all 6 months. They are old school . You have to pay with check they dont do online pay. The bathtub had cracks on the bottom of it . They used spray paint to cover it. The over spray of the paint was all over counters and floors. So it was all Ruff. Dont clean the apartment because they will charge your a cleaning fee anyways. They want you to clean the windows. Clean the AC unit. What a joke. I had brand new carpet put in. Dont forget I was only on the apartment 15 days . They charged you a carpet cleaning fee of 85.00.No matter what. Apartment walls on the inside are painted yellow to match counters and cabinets . I think this is a sec 8 complex just by the people that live here. Also roaches were in the apartment. Fail Fail on this complex. more ... hide ...

We picked this community because of the excellent, quiet location, 2 pets allowed, and senior housing. Erica and Laura have been so professional, helpful, and very welcoming. The maintenance person really knows what he i s doing and all repairs are very prompt. We feel at home and have only been here 8 days. The outdoor areas are spotless- grass, gardens, pool, jacuzzi, and gym room!! Activities are a nice surprise in the clubhouse. Everything that was presented to us before we moved in is exactly what it is-no surprises with move in costs, rental costs, etc. A very nice place to be and residents are friendly and welcoming too. I love this place so much. It is the best apartment complex ever. The manager is amazing, all the staff is amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. It is very kid and people friendly, pet friendly a nd its also all utilities included so that I amazing to. You cant find a lot of apartments like that. Me and my family have been here for a 1 year now and we are still here. We are gonna be here for a while. We love this place so much. The manager works with u and if u need anything they are there to help. I give it all 5 stars. Thats how amazing and awesome this place is. Anyone looking for a place I would come here. I would recommend to anyone thinking of moving to Riverstone that it would really be a smart choice! The reason why is because my wife and I have enjoyed over 4 years here and in that time the management staff and maint enance team has tried their best to take care of our needs many times. Examples: They gave us new carpeting when we first signed our lease. Then quickly delivered a brand new dishwasher, refrigerator and air conditioner -when they each broke down a couple of years later. They always are friendly and never make us feel like we are a burden with the repairs needed. Right now we had a water leak and the men came out right away to fix it, with a new bathroom cabinet being delivered next week! The guys are super busy with other tenants too, however, despite that, they work very hard to keep up the needed repairs as quickly as they can, (out in the 100 degree heat all day, never complaining.) We love the swimming pool, its kept clean and the gardener has planted and maintained such pretty flowers to decorate around the yard. The RENT IS VERY REASONABLE and they dont jack it up real high after each renewal like some other places we lived at. The neighbors are nice, quiet ,friendly people-(no low-life ,) the police say its a very low crime area, for Tucson,thank God! There is even a security guard that patrols nightly. I have to say, that having rented for 49 years of our marriage, in different states, this is our absolute FAVORITE PLACE! And this is the truth, not solicited by anyone.
