If \"Kevin Todd\" is your real name and you reside at Eagle Cove, you are an unauthorized occupant and therefore have no right to review the community. If your review was written for a legitimate resident with legitimate concerns, please have them call the office as we have had no complaints. Eagle Cove does monthly unit services as a preventive maintenance program. It insures the property is maintained properly as some of our residents forget to call in a work order when needed. An annual inspection is conducted by the state in order to confirm the property is being maintained. All residents are given a 48 hour notice prior to entry - no exceptions. Maintenance will only enter an apartment with a valid work order - no exceptions. Please feel free to contact the office with any complaints and I will be happy to assist you. more ... hide ...

I lived at this place with my small family for almost 5 years. I would not recommend living upstairs because you will constantly get complaints from your downstairs neighbor. The walls are thin as paper, and on the quiet est day you can hear EVERYTHING. The carpets are very cheap and light beige, which i think is just a ploy to get you to always pay your deposit back for them! So buying your own carpets would be best. The blinds are these cheap hanging plastic blinds that always break. I would recommend hanging cloth blinds. Things like door hinges are always breaking and running off track, cabinet hinges are always breaking too. After awhile it gets very annoying because you will be putting in work orders constantly. The manager Andrea seems very nice but is moody, nosey and gets too personal as if were her friends. My experience with maintenance would be putting in work orders and then finding myself sitting with weeks and months of broken things that i would just leave there. I had two closet doors i put in orders for and gave up because nobody every came to fix it. When i moved out they were still standing outside waiting to be fixed. When i would go to the office to speak to the manager Andrea she would try her best to dissuade me and say \"ill put the order back in.\" The maintence man is always walking around doing God knows what because my orders have been backed up for months! In result I never got a cent of my deposit back. With that being said, i would recommend moving out as fast as possible to find a better residence. The apartments are nice but the tenants with children dont control them, they let them run wild. The management cant do anything to relieve the problem, because upper management wont let them do anything about the probl em, because they call them endangered tenants and refuse to get involved. more ... hide ...
