It took 3 months to receive the application and numerous phone calls requesting the application. After I helped my son fill out the application ( legally blind and disabled ) I went to personally deliver it to the office at Florence Mills. I rang the doorbell and the person in the office said please leave the application on the table outside the office. I went in and the office had the blinds closed and there was no one to talk to. Ive called the office for the last month now to ask them if he made it to the waiting list. You never get to talk to anyone, you could only leave a message and no call back. I just dont understand why they ignore the people who truly need help with housing. I understand theres a waiting list and Ive applied everywhere. This is all so frustrating. No communication at all from this place. Its like they give you the application and they just want you to go away. more ... hide ...

This place is a disgrace. My parents have been living here for years. They are on a fixed income so it is really hard for them to just pick up and move. The conditions they are living in, no one would ever put up with. Mold underneath their tiles, rugs, in between walls and ceilings. Rains inside their apartment every time it rains. The pipes to the bathroom and sinks all leak in the walls and ceilings.The smell is terrible. Theres only so much cleaning and deodorizing you can do. The management team and Leader Sony are not helpful at all. The maintenance team they put together have no idea what the hell they are doing. These people really just dont care about my parents living conditions. And my parents suspect they are doing some illegal things when it comes to paper work. DO NOT RENT HERE!!! more ... hide ...

Management and maintenance here are very corrupt, make up fake repairs, illegal entrance to apartments, illegally going thru personal items, illegally threatening me for complaining, wrote me a made up lease violation an d threatened me for complaining about valid issues here. This is the worst place to live due to the property managers, maintenance man, and even when I have complained to the main corporate office they were very rude and nasty to me and made up lies to cover every complaint I made, which were all real and valid. I have been threatened, acted illegally against. They came in in the middle of the night to lock our windows instead of asking us or allowing us to lock them ourselves, because it was cold outside. They do many strange and corrupt things here and seem to get away with all of them. I recommend contacting the police, CT Legal Aid, anywhere and complain about what is going on here. Something needs to be done about what is going on here. The property managers and maintenance have something seriously wrong with them. I would seriously warn anyone not to live here. I have never had to deal with something this insane in any apartment I have ever had before in my life. Many illegal things going on here right now due to property manager.
