Ive lived here for over a year now (June 2016) and Ive had no major issues with the apartment, maintenance or residents. I havent had issues with insects like a previous review has said. We get monthly sprays for that, s o its not an active problem for me. (but I also typically keep a clean house) Ive had a few issues with loud neighbors and visitors, but never anything long term or bothersome enough to call the police or complain to the office. Worst thing Ive seen is adults smoking weed in the breezeways after midnight, but it doesnt bother anyone because we all mind our own business. Every major maintenance issue has been fixed within 24hrs or less and staff is always super nice and helpful. As far as children running around unsupervised, pretty much all of the parents can see their children at the park or outside of the building riding their bikes or scooters from the breezeway or windows, so there may only be one or two adults out there with the kids, there are always eyes. Another thing to add is that the kids typically arent the litterbugs. MOST of the litter is created by adults who just throw their food containers, Swisher wrappers and cigarette butts on the ground. more ... hide ...

Ive been blessed to have the opportunity to use the services of Home Share as a tenant first and now as a landlord. When I was between homes rather than sign a long term lease with an apartment community or pay exorbita nt prices to stay in an extended stay hotel, I was introduced to a very nice landlord and property where I stayed reasonably and peacefully for 8 months while I searched for a home for myself.I now have a very nice gentleman as a tenant/roommate via Home Share.The process is very easy. One makes contact with Home Share, you are contacted ASAP. At some point an application is completed, an in person interview is completed, a fee is paid for a background check. If all is well, wala, the match making begans. There are phone and in person interviews that take place between the potential candidates.
