This past week I had an AC issue and submitted a work order Sunday evening. The issue was addressed by Brooke, Matthew, Jon and the maintenance team immediately! The part for the AC was ordered Monday and installed on We dnesday! In the meantime, I was kept up to date on the status and the team installed a temporary AC unit to keep me comfortable while the repair was made. This team is amazing! Management is amazing working with tenants if you take the time and talk to them at their office. Regardless of these comments, they are more than willing to work with you. The apartment complexs size by square feet to t he cost is a reasonable price and cannot compare to other apartments.Parking has been an issue for a while due to tenants having 3-4 cars for a one-bedroom. However, this morning I saw them reinforcing the parking pass. Hopefully, these extra vehicles can park at the visitors spot and not at the tenants.I have been living here for two years, and during my time, I have seen many changes, such as implementing a drainage system to reduce flooding during storms. They rebuilt the dock that was destroyed during the hurricane. Repainted parking lines because people took two spots simultaneously when I was first here since it was nonexistent.Regarding the cockroaches, yes, they do exist in the world. What do you expect from a building that was built in 1969? They are constantly sending out pest control routinely to fight off the infestation.If I could recommend one thing, it would be changing the building numbers logo. Doordash people do not understand that building number xx17 is within building complex xx15-xx19. Since there are multiple apartments with the exact apartment number, they tend to drop off the food at the wrong place. Please improve this. more ... hide ...

I lived there in 2018/2019 yes only 1 year went through 3 managers I didnt know what bedbug was until I moved to this apartment complex that was owned by concord management. I was not able to fully move in because of all the bugs from ants to spiders and those big water bugs and dont get me started on the trash compactor always broken and after I moved out I find out 2 years later that they put an eviction on my name by concord management 2yrs and a few months later now Im fighting to get that off my name maybe this new company is doing better than concord did for Brookwood apartment more ... hide ...
