The only reason why I am giving this place two stars is that the elevators never work, the doors to get inside the building barely works, theres no one that ever answers the phone, there are barely any guest parking (if you only count the parallel parking that is shared by two buildings, absolutely ridiculous!), in which there is an empty field next door to the apartment that should be guest parking, I suggest the complex utilize that plot. Also, the outside area on each floor level is so dirty, and the trash chute is absolutely disgusting. How much the residents are paying this is absolutely ridiculous and needs to be fixed. more ... hide ...

Been without AC again since a week before the storm hit. Called numerous times no-one has returned my call or even been at the office since the beginning of month. Highest temperature in house was 115 lowest has been 93 had to go out and purchase my own wall AC as I have a three year old. If anyone from the office is reading this please contact me ASAP or stop by my house after five. My house is the one on the front with no siding from the tree falling and hitting it that no-one has come by to check on and making it so the sidewalk to the back left building is completely blocked off from the hanging broken tree. I have water damage from the tree pushing in my wall and the rains since then also my studs are pushed in from the tree slamming into the house taking the siding with it and breaking the glass window of the adjacent apartment more ... hide ...
