The reputation of Tropical Manor precedes itself. But from my experience living here especially today this place is reforming and getting better everyday both physically and energetically. The new positive direction Yasm ine and Steve (management/property caretaker, security) are helping to facilitate is a beautiful change. Its impressive to see everything change so drastically and quickly. Steve, especially is a blessing and wonderful person in general. Its really touching to see Steve go above and beyond to make sure residents especially, children are safe and ok. Every week day he comes early in the morning to make sure the children board the bus safely as well as waking them up by tossing a ball with them or having a lively conversation with them. You can really see that he really loves and cares for the children and is really invested in our small community by the way he interacts with everyone and keeps everything beautiful. He really does whatever he can to help even if its just an encouraging word. The property is really shaping up and ushering in a positive and hopeful atmosphere and hes a good representation of that. more ... hide ...

I lost my apartment because the Manager Donna said I could do one thing, then when something come up to her about it by her boss she said she knew nothing about it. We did go to court and she stood there and lied to the attorney and to the judge straight to their face. What I did was not illegal nor broke the law. I only went on summer vacation for 3 months with her permission. I did not realize at the time that I needed to write it all out on paper and get paper permission. She said noooo its fine go ahead and have fun.....go back to an evection notice. She will say one thing and do another, she claims to be a christian but she is not. I had no where to go so I slept in my car for 3 mo till I could get back on my feet. DO NOT TRUST HER AND ALWAYS HAVE EVERYTHING IN WRITING. more ... hide ...
