A am a daughter of one of the residents of AHEPA 296 Apartments in Pensacola, Florida.My mother has been living at AHEPA 296 for just under 2 years. I recently visited her for the first time. WOW, what a WONDERFUL and BE AUTIFUL place to live! The quiet property with the nice walk ways and majestic oaks add so much serenity! My mother absolutely loves living here and she is so happy! She feels like this is her forever home. The apartments are beautiful, the building is IMMACULATE and the Team that runs the building are so professional, kind, and seem to really care about the residents. Cindy, Terrill, and Ken keep this place in tip top shape, they go above and beyond for the residents and they are very loved by my mom! The residents all look out for each other, get together regularly for great activities and they seem to be one big happy family here! I am so grateful to the staff for making my mother so happy and I am thrilled she is here! Thank you AHEPA 296! You are first class! more ... hide ...

I had a few things break over time and when I contacted maintenance they were there right away. I had put a maintenance request in and Will showed up to fix it that same day and in less than 10 minutes after I put my req uest in. He informed me that he would come back the following dat to fix something he didnt have the part for at the time and he was true to his word! Its great service like Will provided that I appreciate!
