Ive been living here for almost 3 years now., its very affordable because Im a single mother of 3 and a full time nursing student. But the management is a joke every since I been here I been asking for a 3 bedroom the ma nager told me Im on a waiting list. Which is fine but the 3 bedroom that has been vacant several times but she always move a Hispanic family in. Ive notice no African Americans or Caucasians are tenants in any 3 bedroom units. Only certain people in the building I live in get reserved parking because we have 8 units in the building but only 7 parking spaces in front of the building but guess what 3 of the tenants get reserved parking in front of their door. Manger Amy Ruiz says they may have disabilities so they need parking directly but n front of their door. But one of the ladies that have reserved parking she walks around the entire complex and put the flyers on each resident door. I wouldnt recommend this place to no one. The manager Amy and president of Jotar mangt. Tasha Hale are friend so nothing ever gets done Im only here temporary. The maintenance sucks my ac unit broke a few times they come and put something in it. But to top it off when maintenance came in they went into my sons room and stole his Dr Dre beats that he received for his birthday. After I went through the process got the police report and everything was done. Nothing ever happened to the their never let them people in your apartment unless your home. The lawn is horrible. more ... hide ...
