I just want to make a review based on some others...Yes, the gate is almost always BEING BROKEN by residents who either cannot be patient enough to wait for it to open or dont understand basic logic. Break-ins happen eve rywhere...most here are due to unlocked car doors...maybe lock your car door? Im not sure where the \"going downhill\" is coming from since we just got new paved roads, and brand-new speed bumps!!! lol anyways. Theres always going to be \"problems\" no matter where you chose to live...no place is perfect. But I have to say Gateway Club has been extremely helpful and accommodating. All the girls up front are so sweet and helpful (even when I ask way too many questions, sorry Misty) and the maintenance crew is top tier (lol) We have been living here since 2020...I think...really beautiful neighborhood and wonderful people. more ... hide ...

Wow discrimination going on here. I went here to find out some information about the apartments this lady gave us a look like why would I help you your white. I have a very professional job and I was shocked to encounter such behavior. By the way I was looking for my daughter who suffers from epilepsy. Very disappointed in a foundation that is there to help. more ... hide ...

If i could give this place NO stars I would. Do not move here if you can avoid it. Neighbors have absolutely no respect in regards to noise compliance. The worst part about living here is the unsupervised children. Beati ng on doors, sticking nails in tires, throwing eggs amongst other things at the doors and windows. And talking to parents gets you nowhere, if you can even find them. Theyll defend their delinquent children without any investigation into the complaint. Ive been here 3 years and wouldnt wish it on my worst enemy. Not to mention the hit and runs in the parking lots. Complaining to the office does nothing either. Theyll say to call the police or theres nothing they can do. Just dont. more ... hide ...
