DO NOT LIVE HERE. This is the absolute trashiest place I have ever lived. Our unit was not move-in ready; broken deadbolt, giant hole in the tub, chewed gum on the floor, broken doors, no working smoke detectors, broken window/patio screens, I could literally write a book of the things broken here. Six months later and less than half of it is fixed. Took work off multiple times when they said they would show up and didnt. They just told me they cant even schedule the rest of it! Oh, dont let me forget the giant mold growth a few feet from my front door, black and bubbling with insects that infested my apartment, took them four months to clean that up. Plus, the entire grounds are disgusting; piles of trash everywhere (the bushes, the water, under stairways, the parking lot, etc), broken glass everywhere, pot holes, rotten wooden walkways, piles of building rubble, again I could write you a book. DO NOT LIVE HERE. more ... hide ...

This place is not perfect but I have thoroughly enjoyed living here. There are issues and delays that suck at times but with all things considered they have only been minor. The service team does the best they can with w ho they have. I have been helped by each one of them and understand that some things are out of their control.As for the front office, I have worked with several of them on many occasions and I have no complaints. Id like to especially highlight the service efforts from Matthew. He has helped me on several occasions in regards to finding a place here and renewing my lease. I have lived in the apartments and most recently moved to the beautiful and spacious townhouses, all thanks to Matthew helping me find a unit and helping with the leasing process. Matt even helped me out on one of the first weeks after moving into the townhomes when my alarm went off and I hadnt setup the code yet. Matt helped out and fixed the issue at a time where everything was closed and the service guys could not help.I personally recommend this place and suggest scheduling a tour with Matt if he is available!-T more ... hide ...
