Nice property but poor management! Evergreen Management who overseas the property, staff is very disrespectful! to the tenants in the complex. One in particular is Emily. She tries to talk down and belittle the tenants in the complex because it. Subsidized Housing. I have had two reoccurring safety issues on the property and tried calling the manager Emily over at the Evergreen location. She kept referring me back to the office manager on site. I was trying to explain to her that I had some safety concerns and hopefully they could do something about it . However, this lady didnt even want to really listen to what I had to and and got very loud with me and then hung up on me. I tried called back about 3 time and she still didnt answer the call. This is her second time do such thing. Im not sure whos allowing this young lady to be a property manager but she lacks professionalism and respect! Im trying to prevent from calling the police but this lady leaves me no other choice. I think this could of been a easy fix however, this lady is just mean and evil and always handling the tenants as of we are low class. I hope this lady is provided with proper training on how to be more professional and public relations. more ... hide ...

Who is the Dbag driving the grey suburban with the big tires? Loud exhaust? Speeding in and out of the parking lot. Cutting people off. Yelling at people coming in to see their loved ones. Im guessing the same guy that was driving the white Dodge Ram with the loud ratty exhaust? Some one told me his name is Tim the MAINTENANCE GUY and he is way to old to be acting like this. He almost ran in to my neighbor and then yelled at her like it was her fault. How the hell is this a relaxed atmosphere for what is mostly senior citizens?
