AWFUL! It has been the worse experience for my mother. She moved there hoping to keep her independence. However, it has been over a year since my mother can let anyone in the building via the telephone system, she cha nged her phone number and they cannot figure out how to program the system. Heat went out, they offered my mother (71 year old) a space heater is below zero temps, I might add, because it was the weekend.... UNACCEPTABLE! She pays rent and she was not the only resident. more ... hide ...

I went to tour this place and I gotta say it was one of my favorites among the dozens of apartments Ive seen. The floors were nice, it was really spacious, it had in unit laundry, the water pressure was good and it f elt like such a great community of lovely people there. Its also gated so there is privacy as well. I really like the job the recent company has done with the units. It ended up not working out because I need to do some more work on my credit score as Id like a lease without a co-signer but the units are beautiful and they book fast so you have to act quick if you want them. Once Im in a better spot I will hopefully be able to live here as its everything you could want in a place and they allow pets. And have a cute little dog park as well. more ... hide ...

I feel they dont treat the consumers in the homes with respect at all. They dont do anything correctly until before an inspection from someone higher up in the system.
