very intrusive. every other week they have yet another reason to enter tenants units. these \"inspections\" are supposedly checks for nonexistent and unreported infestations. NUMEROUS tenants including myself have said we didnt want the service when we were asked. when almost everyone said no, they went ahead and mandated monthly inspections. so that means 12 times a year you either have to take of work, or have random people in and out of your apartment without you being there.(walking on your carpet and floor with their dirty shoes)this is not including the other ridiculous short noticed forced entries whenever they forget to make sure their buildings are up to code.they have not had any personnel in the main office up until two weeks ago, which means ALMOST EVERYBODY has been and is waiting to sign a new lease for this year. if you have other options id really explore them. the problems i listed arent even half of it.stay away for atleast 2-3 years or until theres a change in ownership.Also, their washers and dryers are constantly malfunctioning which cost us tenants wasted time, and MONEY. seriously, avoid this place at all cost. more ... hide ...

Been here for 6years..overall its an okay place the lease manger beth is the best...love her to pieces.. But that other lady Chrissy is another story..I keep to myself so.I guess u can say its quite... The maintenance gu ys could do a lot better...there kinda lazy...expect Tito buts his no longer with the company :( more ... hide ...
