Very lovely place to live. Wonderfully modern appliances. Manager always has entry foyer decorated charmingly, prettily, and seasonally appropriate. Common areas kept clean and uncluttered. View out my windows and pa tio like a forest preserve ~~ foliage and wildlife. My two cats love looking out the big windows. Looking forward to Covid 19 restrictions being lifted so manager can host luncheons again. They always have enjoyable themes, colorful decorations, and premium food. Speaking of Manager: in my experience, she always has time for anybody who needs her. If she is busy, she will return \"your\" call as soon as possible and provide all the time needed to understand the situation and explain everything to residents satisfaction and comfort. It is my personal hope that I remain healthy and sane enough to live here quite awhile. Thank you, Chelsea Commons for providing my pets and me this happy home! more ... hide ...

We are currently on a no visitors from family or friends even though phase 4 started. The only people allowed are care givers and essential workers. We were told that this building is privately owned and the owners can d ecide what they will allow. An ok place2 major flaws,These apartments are not bug and rodent controlled. Ive been alive 28 years and I havent seen a bedbug till I moved here. Not to mention, mice as well. Idk if other ppl are used to this b ut its driving me up the wall. I cant even sleep in my room due to nervousness about the bugs. Bedbugs are EMBARRASSING and NERVEWRACKING. They need to evacuate every tenant and bug bomb all the buildings. I called for inspections and they barely get back to you. They also need to hire professional exterminators to control the mice from getting in. We live on 47th. The mouse hub is a empty lot literally a block away by the gas station. Before deciding, Is $900 really what you wanna spend on top of this? more ... hide ...
