Almost 12 years ago when I lived at Lampe High Rise you could not do anything without the whole place knowing. With the popcorn ceiling you can bet that it will be hard to keep the dust out and they are still using boile r system which in turn gives dry heat that causes dry skin and you are not allowed to have a humidifier. If you plan on living in any housing apartments just bring your clothes and a cot, a microwave, paper plates and plastic utensils. The rent maybe low but the headache is not worth it. more ... hide ...

Ive been trying to meet any staff who will help explain criteria for getting on a waiting list; & show me 1 BR model or AT LEAST be kind enough to give me a floorplan. This is my 5th year of getting NO RESPECT & NO RESP ONSE. Treated me like a criminal & didnt even let me in lobby or reply to voicemail NOR sent any info by U.S.Mail. On Thanksgiving day I had an incident of theft from my unit. One of the Janitors (Jose) came into my unit with a bogus work order, and stole $700 I left laying on my table. Whats frustrating about my incident is base d upon information Ive received from other employees about appliances coming up missing, etc, Management KNOWS JOSE IS A THIEF!! As for he taking my $700, Ms. Wheeler, the property manager at LGA, believes Joses tenure as an employee here at L.G.A. is more important than he coming in to my unit and taking my money. Ive been a resident at LGA for a while now, and Management of this building has been a complete joke, and to get this building where it should be, the tents needs to become involved in the management of this building because Management couldnt care any less than what they do about this property. My advise is if youre a resident or decide to become a resident here, DO NOT give maintenance permission to come in to your unit for anything other than an emergency. more ... hide ...
