This aint where you to want live. First moved here very nice,but that went down hill very fast. Now theyre charging for water-&-forced cable something I will never use. Always sending out emails about every damn thing in stead of calling,keep promising to fix that parking lot.(2 years now)-But its never going to happen. so be very careful out there. Will damage your whole front end & car. Neighbors upstairs kids constantly making noise all hours of the day & night- its about 6-8 people up there in one apt (fire hazard)-the property managers dont care its all about the money. Rent has been raised twice since Ive been here in just a year. Just dont believe anything these folk tell you about this place. more ... hide ...

I lived here for a span of 3 months and although I loved the place, after the morning after my move there I found the maintenance man jiggling my door handles and listening at my door and I just so happen was exiting to go to work, I scared him and from then on I was very afraid not to mention I am a small young adult girl that lives alone. I told the leasing agent and she brushed it off. She was fired a little before I left. Its a very nice place though. more ... hide ...

Bed bug problem. Jim Perlman (owner) is too cheap to take care of the bed bugs before they spread.Owner is a cheap. He pays employees the bare minimim. Property manager is rude to tenants.

I lived here for a few years it started out a good area and NEVER had any issues some of the office staff was great some of them allowed things to fall through the cracks. The one thing I DONT like is when you feel unsaf e in your own home and have to call the police you get treated like your the trouble maker and things are said and done to you that regardless what you have to say. I just thought you should be able to feel safe in your own home without any preconditions \"guess not\" All I can say is dont call the Police regardless of the situation. more ... hide ...

If I could give 0 stars I would. The dumpsters are ridiculously full. Trash pick up needs to happen at least twice a week to minimize the amount of RATS running around. You cant even order a pizza without them fearing be ing attacked by rats. I came out there at night and was scared to get out my car because a rat was just hanging out on the sidewalk. It just nasty and really needs attention. I feel bad for the people who have no choice but to live out there. It is not safe for kids. more ... hide ...
