My brother-in-law age 67 and an at risk adult had felons living above him. When the were told to leave instead of eviction, they left. Moving into my B-I-L apartment with a toddler. They caused all kinds of damage and ev en when the police were notified Turnberry didnt insist they leave, my B-I-L was scared for the toddler and worried about what they would do. Theyd already totaled his car after taking it for weeks.Police arrested one after felony intimidation and we took the woman to a shelter in Kokomo.My brother-in-law at age 67 had to face $1500 judgement on a fixed income¡ His was 1 of several evictions filed late January.They allow anyone to move in & didnt do what was needed to remove these dangerous people.This is a matter of public record. more ... hide ...

This place is just bad newsTheres rude unsupervised kids, drug addicts, and I hear people even say bedbugs!If you have something broken that needs to be fixed, forget about it, my mom always had to call board of heal th just to get anything fixed! Once our sink started gooping up brown/red greasy water from he sink, and would not stop, it flooded the whole kitchen and even sunk into the living room!People are always taking each others spots and the manager does nothing! Every dad there was blaring music and nobody kept to their own business! Mold grows alot and all they do is paint over it!Theres always trash everywhere and unsupervised kids, not to mention I got mrsa from swimming in the pool!The management is rude, got cussed out once!Theres been drug busts here too!DONT LIVE HERE IT REALLY SUCKSthe only benefit I saw was I met a few good friends, One Ive known since 2nd grade more ... hide ...

Shortly after moving in had a problem with the furnace, had to remind the maintenance man about the time limit with the Fair Housing Act ,it didn quite get the issue fixed, have inconsiderate neighbors upstairs who keeps us up at night, tried to get the manager to meet me halfway because the make over was never completed , wants me to pay for the window blinds that should have been replaced anyway, would like to find another place to live but winter had set in , wife says not to put any money into the unit, gonna be hard to peel the rind off this place.Just saw the response by the so called owner, tried to call both numbers listed but no one answers, just got voicemail. We are now ready to break the lease just to get out of this property more ... hide ...
