When I first moved in there was someone in the office during hours posted. Maintenance is a joke. They came to fix my dishwasher 3 times it was leaking and needed a new seal. Lied to me about ordering one to replace it. They put tape to rig it. Told me I could use it. Started leaking again. I gave up. The shower knobs didnt work right hardly got any hot water. Before I moved you could hardly find anyone in the office and they one that worked in there was extremely rude. They even at one point had a resident taking messages for them on the phone so they didnt have to be there. The parking lot was horrible with holes everywhere. You had to fight to find a place to live because the residents would have 3 or 4 families living in one apartment and have 3to 4 cars. They told me when I moved in every Friday they had pest control come out. They were out once. The place is a joke. more ... hide ...
