Staff is very friendly and pretty awesome. Poor maintenance man is over worked and alone so sometimes getting things fixed takes longer then it should but hes an absolute delight to be around so he makes up for it person ality wise. Some residents are annoyingly nosey and up in your business and try to tell you how to live but that isnt managements fault. Complex is clean and quiet and well taken of. Only real complaint is nosey neighbors but once you get to know them its a great place to live. Absolutely beautiful during spring, summer, fall and Christmas time. Residents plant flowers and put up decorations for holidays like Halloween and Christmas. The community rooms are used daily when open so if you want to have coffee and a chat just come on down and someone is usually around to talk to. Highly recommend! more ... hide ...

I have lived here for four years and in the last year has been the most enjoyable so far. The new management here Ms. Shawnda Walden cares not only for the Residents but the building also. She has made us feel safer by g etting rid of the squatters and the issues we were having with people coming and going that that doesnt even live here . The overall conditions of the building are better as well from maintance issues as well as the pest control issue. I would highly recommend living here now opposed to living here a year ago. more ... hide ...
