After working over 9 loyal years close to 10 with this company. I thought I loved this company and thought I would spend the rest of my working days there. 99% of the staff are awesome and friendly. I loved my job and c lients to pieces . Until I was put in a bad situation which cost me my job all my benefits and any type of income. Its so unreal how they fight to assure you dont receive anything from them and its so unfairFormer dedicated 3rdshift employee more ... hide ...

I have lived here starting my third year and I have had nothing but a good experience while living here if I have had a maintenance issue it is addressed quickly any other issues that arise throughout day to day however few and far between is also dealt with on a timely manner. The office staff is always been professional and courteous and I couldnt ask for any better cooperation. There is activities schedule for those who would like to participate. Couldnt find a better place to live more ... hide ...

Ive lived here 5 yrs and the place was infested with bed bugs for 2 yrs. Most of us are disabled and the elevator keeps going out especially when we lose power. So that makes people on scooters either be stuck in their a pts or try to climb up and down 4 flights of stairs including me. Ive had 2 major surgeries and it so happened that the elevator was out for over a month. So I had to climb up 3 flights of stairs to get to my apt. Also this is a fire hazard. We could all burn to death from being trapped in here. Also we have apt inspections which are required but since our new maintenance person and manager have been on the job, they are very picky. I just got written up for a violation of my lease and if not corrected within 6 days , Ill be evicted and it will be place into my permant file. This was for dish soap, cleaning supplies underneath the kitchen sink. Said it was clutter. Also we have filter changes. We have poor quality kind that blow dust all over the walls. We also are required to clean the vents. Our vents are in ceilings which are more than 7 ft high. I informed the maintenance that I tried to clean them out with my broom while I was on my ladder. He said oh I see. Well he had me to sign the addendum which we were told everyone had to sign in our inspection notices prior to inspection. I also informed the manager that I had a heart attack last week and I would be having stents. I feel that maintenance should be responsible for cleaning those vents. Were are disabled people living here and Im one of them. Also parking here. The new maintenance slapped a big ole sticky sticker on my car window to move it while it was parked by the entrance. Yes it was parked by the entrance but also it wasnt there long because, my son was helping me up the stairs on the 3rd level because the elevator was out, because I just had a major surgery. Also these windows are very old. They wont replace them because this building is a historical building that was once a hospital. So we are stuck freezing to death in the winter from the cold blowing in . Plus the electric is really exspesive because of it. I wouldnt recommend this place to Satan. Now thats bad and Im a Christian. more ... hide ...
