This building is in a place that you would never expect. Affordable housing is a option. Very nice apartments. However the women who manages does not do her job. She doesnt answer the phone. It takes weeks to hear back f rom her. When you do get a response its \" we are very busy managing 8 properties \" . So I assume they dont have the time for potential tenants. She also will yell at you if you catch her at a \" bad\" time. She has zero filter. People have moved out of this property and others that she manages, because of her rude and invasive behavior.The application process is very similar to purchasing a house. Hope they find someone else to manage professionally. Please do not waste your time and energy applying or asking if they have any vacancies. Oh and or following up with them to see if theyve received any of your paperwork.They dont like to assist prospective tenants. If i could give them a zero, i would. more ... hide ...
