People should give our Females Cleaning Staff a 5 and above stars for the Tireless Job that their doing Now and Especiall Durning the Covid Outbreak keeping the halls, laundry room, mailroom, glass doors and Ele vators clean and disinfect so germs wouldnt spread from the ones who didnt care about the safety of others by leaving Dirty Masks and Gloves on the Lobby Floors.Our Males Maintenances staff also work Hard and its Hot As Hell Outside and lets not forget Durning the Covid Outbreak They Worked in a Safety way While other Developments did a Shut Down.Not to Mention Durning the Snowstorms their Working around the clock shoveling Snow so nobody will take a fall.I can only imagine how many time someone did a Emergency Work Order that could have Waited until the next day but still they did their job and Came out On Late Nights.The Elevators are breaking down some what its from Residents Holding the Doors while its trying to close.So Its not all about how nice and beauutful Clarendon Hill Is as Everyone Is Saying Give Credit and Thanks To The Workers Also Whos Keeping It Nice and Beautiful So That Everyone Gets To Enjoy All Year Around.The same way a person can Gossip it wont kill to say Thank You or Good Job. more ... hide ...

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!! Have been living here for the last 4 months and it has been horrible. Not a safe place to live at all- just in the lot outside my building there have been AT LEAST 6 break ins in the time Ive be en here. Yes, smashed windows and all. My car was one of them, not only were two of my windows smashed, but things I had in there for work were stolen out of my car. Every time it happens and management is asked to implement security features, they do NOTHING but ignore you. They do the whole song and dance of oh, well pass this along but nothing has changed. Nobody seems to be willing to do anything to protect the residents. POLICE who have responded to these smash and grabs have also told management that cameras should be put up- to no avail. Seriously- nobody in management cares about the residents, just the money. There is no police detail and no security cameras anywhere on the premise. If youre looking for a safe community, this isnt it. I wouldnt want to be raising my children in such an unsafe location, and I wish I could get out of my lease sooner because this is ridiculous. more ... hide ...

From the administration right down to the maintenance people, it was wonderfully caring & and helpful. Great activitie s, nourishing meals, compassionate nurses & CNAs.
