I have lived at village square for over a year now, I currently needed a larger apartment and Duquina had been more than helpful in transferring me with no issues. This company is a joke they dont appreciate all your hard work, you dont get raises the union is under rated they make sure they take your dues out every 2 weeks but wont fight for you to get a raiseThey have fun ds for camera systems but dont pay their workers close to nothing..as a direct care you give out meds that alone you should get more then 10.70.they dont care bout their consumers and really only care when the state is coming its funny all the ppl in Human Resources get paid good but the ones who do all the physical work gets treated like peasants.the lady in payroll stay messing up on ppl checks but she still in the officethis company is basically family oriented meaning darn there everybody is related so nothing never happens to them.but let u mess up n you will be getting a write up.in training they say u can eat being as though u dont get a break but there is hardly enough food to feed their consumers.this place needs to be shut down or someone needs to actually care¤¬because joe doesnt i think all the direct care staff needs to go on strike n let the ppl from Human Resources do all the stuff staff do and maybe jus maybe they will understand how much actually goes into caring for these individualsI wouldnt send my dog there let alone my family member! more ... hide ...
