Space is great but up keep and maintenance are poor and Ill repair. 6 months no repair or service rendered. Social nepotism by staff.Residents.drive with Ill regards to playing children or other residents.Irregular elec triceter readings and billing.(if prior tenant doesnt pay you owe their share)Noisy commercial building s nearbyexterior areas not properly maintained.Faulty electric.Insects in laundry area that find their way into units. more ... hide ...

Lakeview management and maintenance are terrible! I have had numerous issues addressed with maintenance and NONE Of them have been resolved. One being a faulty outlet in my bathroom that sparks when k try to use it. I as ked for it to be replaced over 6 months ago, and nothing has been done. Even if you let the office know, nothing gets done. My AC unit has been leaking into my return vent since Ive moved in over a year and a half ago. Each time theyve fixed it it still leaks. Now my AC is not working correctly at all. The phone number to call after hours is completely useless. Everytime Ive called about any issue, nobody shows up to repair anything. Dont even get me started on the parking situation. The office sent out a letter saying we can have a reserved spot for an extra $40 a month. Two days after receiving the letter, I went to the office to sign up but apparently they were all taken, and I would be put on a wait list. However new tenants moving in are able to reserve spots, and I see new reserved parking signs go up every week for other tenants. Ive called the office about this more than once. Im told were working on getting you a parking spot, just be on the lookout for an email which is the agreement for having assigned parking. That was now two weeks ago, and I still have yet to receive anything. Ive been nothing but patient with this place, but its at a breaking point. They charge you astronomical amounts of dollars to live here, and its not worth half of it. Theres mice infestations, broken glass all around the back walkways, trash and dog poop everywhere, and backed up sewage in the woods that took them months to actually do something about. I have a studio apartment, and I pay more than some do for a mortgage on a house. Take my advice, FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO RENT! more ... hide ...

Norman Towers used to be okay but after being bought by a holding company things have gone down hill in my view. Starting with how they went about the renovations and treated the seniors during the ongoing process was a nd is horrible. Yes updating is a good thing but when over run with rodents, breaking furniture while moving stuff around, staff having attitudes, updates are cheap, cutting corners and tenants feeling their voices are going unheard is ridiculous! If you care about your loved ones I would look for other properties or make different arrangements because I would recommend Norman Towers to NO ONE!!!. more ... hide ...
