Went to visit someone who lives there today. No one was at the front desk to buzz me in. When he finally came to the desk, he had a nasty attitude like I was bothering him. He never called upstairs to let the resident know that I was coming. I HATE VISITING THAT PLACE!! THE WHOLE STAFF NEEDS TO BE FIRED!! more ... hide ...

Though the apartments are very old, I liked it for peaceful environment, spacious drawing dining and very good neighbors. Most attractive part is central heating system (natural gas heating system) and cooking is include d with rent. Your electricity bill will be very nominal. Market place, one Montessori School and restaurants are within walking distance. Play ground for kids, swimming pool and tennis court is also good.Some people complains about their management and community manager, but I always got the same day service. They never disappoint me in this matter. But they dont maintain regular cleaning up the sorroundings.The only thing I dont like... their laundry room. Almost 3-4 buildings share one laundry room which consists of 6 washers and 6 dryers. It is in the basement, most of the time there is some stagnant water in one side of the floor. more ... hide ...

Im so happy I decided to make the move into Parkview. From the first second that I saw my apartment I knew it was the place I want to live. My kitchen has white cabinets and granite counters. The bathroom tiles are very pretty and the bathtub is a good size. The staff is very helpful whenever I need anything. Maintenance responds quickly to any and all requests.
