There are new owners. There is so much crime that takes place in and around this building. I would not recommend it to anyone especially if you have children. You have a group of people who hang out in the front and smok e marijuana and ask people if they want to buy drugs. You have people breaking into your home. Maintenance has the key to everyones apartment but the keys are given away to people to get into other peoples homes to steal. Security footage gets erased and you will be left feeling violated and unsafe but make sure you pay your rent on time because thats the only theyll act on. They do not care about their tenants. This place was starting to get cleaned up....now its a nightmare! more ... hide ...
