Update: decreased from 2 to 1 star rating. I reached out again after receiving response from the owner. I was told I would receive a callback regarding the issues Ive experienced here. I have not been contacted back yetS ummary:The apartments themselves are okay, but in my opinion it is too expensive for their quality of the units, and the quality of the community management. Other apartment complexes in the area, even if priced slightly more, are likely to provide better value. The staff is friendly, but not very effective. Management is poor at coordinating contracted work around the facilities, which creates a headache for residents - at least from what Ive noticed and my experience so far.Longer Version:While this isnt the worst experience Ive had renting, its by far the most expensive and only marginally better. When looking for apartments in the area I had limited options and needed a more flexible lease term, so I chose this community because of their flexible leasing options (thats is one plus of this community). Between two available units I opted for a slightly higher rent because I was told that this unit would have a garage and a washer/dryer installed. After about a month or so I began to call management several times since I noticed that it seemed as if very little work was being done to install the washer dryer unit. I wanted to ask when they planned to have the work completed by. While very friendly and courteous, they have been unable to give a straight answer. After about 3 months I am informed that work will begin on installing the unit. Approaching the midpoint of my leasing term, work has been done but the unit is still not installed, and I have not been given an estimate of when all of the work will be completed. There have been other minor inconveniences, that in my personal opinion, are similarly the result of ineffective management - but this is the one that has upset me the most. more ... hide ...

Filthy grounds, no need to speak English , buildings falling apart, apartments full of mold, need of paint, needed plumbing, all electric, pay as much as $200.00 or more a month for heat & air conditioning! Not enough p arking, parking lot dangerous because of pot holes, not a safe place for seniors! There is no superintendent or grounds keeper. You can wait days, weeks, months after you tell the office something in your apartment needs fixing!Then it never gets repaired! So dont bother asking! Dont call for outside help to fix a needed problem in your apartment, because Donald Nuckel the owner will not reimburse you!He doesnt care that your pumping hasnt worked for weeks!IF you fall because a sidewalk has to be fixed or ice!! Your on your own! Donald Nuckel does not care! You can be dead in your apartment for a week, if you dont have family near by? Your body will not be found till the smell! So Welcome anyone that gets welfare, doesnt speak English, homeless have no respect for the property around you! Welcome!! more ... hide ...

i love these apartments i have an 3 bedroom and it is lovely and huge wood floors big nice bedrooms 2 bathrooms beautiful kitchen. they take care of the grass pretty good very quite they have programs to help with alot w hich is very good i love it here and dont plan on moving anytime soon !!!!! more ... hide ...
