I have lived here since fall 2019, and having been a renter for many years in NJ and other states, I can absolutely say that Jumping Brook Apartments is the best! Their leasing office works tirelessly to ensure their ten ants are happy, and the maintenance staff is superb as well. Any issue Ive ever had (which is very few), the leasing office and maintenance were quick to respond and resolve the issue. I couldnt be happier living here! more ... hide ...

I went to visit 361 and 358 Montgomery St . I loved the way 361 is kept and the way that the tenant behave . At 358 from the first floor to the five floor you could smell the cannabis . Its a shame because there are to m any kids that are living in that building. The security doesnt care about it, they could smell the cannabis all the way to their station. It a shame that is a happening to a beautiful building and surrounded by so much beauty. more ... hide ...

On 12/27/2019 I applied for the first time for a 1 bedroom apartment at this site, then handed my application to Ms. Anna, ( which told me that the Manager will get back to me & that I should received a letter in the mai l).After calling several times to get a status on my application:- 03/03/20- 03/11/20-03/16/20I filled up a second application ( which I handed to another worker)NO ONE had the courtesy to call me back at all.This management is VERY unorganized not to mentionne that the so called intercom does work properly at all.(a Resident opened me the door).SHAME, shame, shame & waste of my time. more ... hide ...
