I lived here for a year, my lease ended on Feb 2021.The manager Kesha Texis is so rude and condescending towards everyone. There had been multiple instances where I found homeless people wandering inside the building, in the stairwells, and even shining lights in peoples cars in the so-called secured parking lot. The cherry on top was them charging me $70 extra rent because Kesha Texis assumed that I hadnt moved out yet even though I gave her a 30 day notice in person and told her that I would be out the 28th of February. I left the keys in the apartment and so they said they didnt know if I had moved out or not. Lol get up off your a** and go knock on my door thats 30 steps from your office if youre not sure. You shouldnt move here if you value cleanliness, safety, or good caring neighbors. more ... hide ...

If I can give zero stars I would. Laquenia Nash the manager never does her job. I always call never get an answer or a call back. Been waiting a month to sign recertification papers had an appointment today at 10 to do i t. Manager of course was not there! If you dont like your job I dont know why you are there. I need to speak to someone about this asapbut she gives out fake more ... hide ...
