They do not maintain the property. Place was built 10 yrs ago. Siding is half dangling on the multifamily building since 2016 there doing a half-ass job on that building because the roof keeps blowing off. The grass is h igh enough to be a pasture. The dryers dont work on a consistent basis. They got 3 big trouble makers that have lived here for 5 years prior to me moving in and they have caused trouble for each and every tenant moved in prior to my residency here. Their names are Carol Espinoza Andrea Grosso rose and Michael grattan. No peace and quiet in that building. They make false bogus complaints to the police. One poor little girl and her daughter lived above these whack jobs and they kept calling the police on the girl and her boyfriend accusing them of dealing drugs accusing them that they were breaking into this Andrea Carol and Roses apartment! But yet when you go two management in defense of these people they dont want to listen. Very poor management poor upkeep inexperienced site managers. They change site managers like you change your socks. They cause me a lot of trouble and infect Juanita Perez Williams the mayoral candidates mother filed a discrimination case several months ago against two plus four management because they were bullying her harassing her along with the tenants of hemans Street Apartments. Through different organizations in Syracuse I was advised that two plus four management is the worst to rent from. So and the last comment from Laurie t shes only judging it by the outside she doesnt live here and have to put up with the shenanigans of the multi-family unit building in Camillus. And as far as the Camillus police go through the closest thing to the Keystone Cops. This is a warning dont move in here because you will be sorry and it will cause you misery and stress you dont need that all they want is your money the make no repairs the paint is peeling off where theres paint painted fixtures. Also from previous maintenance men that worked for 2 + 4 quit because they had no supplies to work with + 2 + 4 wouldnt purchase them materials such as nails refrigerator stove replacements batteries for the thermostats Etc. Heed the warning and save yourself some money more ...
