THERE ARE VERY REAL PLACES TO GET HELP. THIS PLACE IS A PLACE FOR PEOPLE WITH GENUINE ISSUES WHO NEVER WANT HELP BECAUSE THEY ARE FINE LIVING JUST HOW THEY DO. .PLEASE BELIEVE THIS IS NOT PLACE TO HEAL OR SUCCEED. PLEASE MOVE ANYWHERE ELSE WITH ANYONE ELSE EVEN THE PROJECTS. AT LEAST IF U HAVE TO SUE LEGITAMATELY, THEY FOLLOW A PROCEDURE & KEEP RECORDS HARDER TO FORGE & lose. They destroy your mental health. Use you as a guinea pig to raise money. When thats over neglect takes over. If ur home is vandalized they punish you reward the perp. And most important it is a private business. They lie cheat & steal to keep things looking on the up & up. They dont get regulated the same as city employees & so cutting cornings & lying in reports is common practice. Even if they havent met with a client for months they fabricate meetings Info & signatures. It offers a/c central air. But doesnt work for over 2 years & u r not allowed to ever put your own in to help yourselves. They want clients completely dependent on them. They only provide heat because its all they have to. The give different random individuals skeleton keys to every apartment even a temp sec guard for one day. The have a buzzer system that u may not access except to talk to security. So if u dont like uninvited guest dont move here if u dont answer ur buzzer they send people to your door anyway instead of tellling the individual sorry no answer. Every building in NYC allows u to decide when u want to have company. If u threaten to sue they will lie & tell u they are private & dont get their money from the city. Website shows young lobbyist in Albany begging for $. This is a place where they put people who they feel dont matter. Loop holes by hpd, mayor & governor protect them with technicalities. I had minor depression when I got here thinking this place was a brand new start. Now Im almost shut in. People who were stable when we moved in are messes. Kids out of control, people losin there kids. The original tenants say this. This place makes u want to run far far away. They like tenants complacent so they attempt to buy them off with trivial nonsense & it works for them mostly because they jus dont care. & Thats the kind of tenants they want, people who never wanted help from this place they just wanted a place to live & get over. PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY HERE IF U NEED HELP. What ever problems you have will only triple if make u suicidal at the prospect of being trapped her. Bronx council & boro president & mayor should be ashamed for selling out people in need to those private real estate developers who do nothing but find legal ways to hurt people for profit. And supporting housing of New York will not respond to any contact & even though its a city org. They allow the real estate companies people make decisions that impact the mental health & welfare of you & your children. People with no qualifications in mental health make their decision from a business standpoint. If its not worth it nobodys health matters that much to this company, supportive housing & hpd. Its a gimmick to get donations when that prospect runs out they move their capable employees to a new building to get more money & the other buildings go in decline. Any director that put tenants ahead of profit were very quickly replaced by people who need a job so being a puppet & hurting people will never take precedence of self preservation. Took some time to figure the pattern but its there. The city condones it so the rich company is brazen, & has no fear or reason to do right. Just capitalizing on people who need help. PLEASE DONT LET LOOKS DECEIVE U & asks any tenant u see. THIS PLACE IS NOT A PLACE TO GET LEGITAMATE HELP. Its a garbage dump for problems the city doesnt care about or want. If they knew the money the building wastes they might think differently. But you dont get hired here unless u r willing to lie & hurt client for your bosses. My family & I cant get any help but I can help by telling you please dont if u value ur life, health & children. more ... hide ...
