Do not let your loved one live here. My grandmas car has been broken into so many times we lost track. There is no kind of security or surveillance. There is a new manager every couple of months and the last one stole mo ney so the next person up made every tenant pay an extra $10.00 to make up for the manager who stole. This was unfair, these people are already on a fixed income. This place doesnt deserve any stars but have to put one!!! more ... hide ...

These people are the most trifle disrespectful people Ive met. I stayed there all of 3 months the first month I couldnt even actually stay because it was so hot in my apartment that the walls were sweating. The jewelry I had on burnt me after being in there only a few minutes. I told them about this and it took my call-in the fire department for anyone to come out and look at it. 2 months later Im still having the same issue. They would never come fix it. Not to mention I had requested a new record when we moved in because the one that was in there was caked in mold and made everyone sick. The sink in the kitchen didnt work. And there was bullet holes all through my apartment. I went in the office everyday trying to talk to the manager and they would never let me. I need up call-in the health and electrical inspectors out. My ac had been put in backwards. And wires were crossed. Thats why my house was so also my unit was 6yrs outta date. And they didnt even have the licence to be Puttin in the units. Those 3months of being the my electric bill was 2000 because they wouldnt fix the problem. When I brought to there attention they told me I striped the wires and turned it around. And I was being evicted because my mother came over and were not allowed guess. I pulled out my lease and the tenant right act the manager ripped them out my hand threw them in the trash and told me that if she ever caught me when she was off the clock she was gonna beat me ass and she spit on me. When they evicted me they charged me 2000 to take out a baby mattress and to small TVs. I call there corporate office and let just say there no better then the people running it if you get them to answer or talk to you. Not long after turning them in there was a fire out there that killed a mom and a little boy. It was electrical. The apartment said it was the moms fault because was up cooking for her kids so she could take them to school at 3 am. The boy was only a couple yrs old. Coming to find out they refused to replace her stove she had be complaining about it randomly catching on fire. I wouldnt suggested to anybody they stay here. They are dirty and grimey. You know its not a good place when they have the news band from ever setting foot on their property. more ... hide ...

Lived there a year and wouldnt recommend to anyone. I was set to pay $500 for my cat for the pet deposit fee and paid half the first month and was told theyd charge me for the second half next month. Never happen ed. So months down the road I guess after they finally audited, they sent me a text and told me I needed to pay the other half. Never got charged that either so they took part of my deposit when I went to move out because they forgot to charge it.. as if it that was my issue they didnt charge me in the first place.Not to mention being charged $1200 at move out for them to replace a carpet that wasnt even nice when I moved in. I had one cat and spilled one Scentsy over.. come on now. Thats not enough to replace an entire carpet and charge ME for it. Especially when a minimum of $49 is quoted in your contract. Might as well expect to pay well over hundreds for your carpet if you even step inside. Im aware the apartments are under renovations, but if you cant afford it, dont renovate them. And dont scam your tenants out of more money for it.Lets see.. there was mold growing on the vents. There were dents / squishy parts on the ground where you walked. I put a request in for a new dishwasher when the piece of mine literally melted inside and they said they fixed it and all they did was remove the plastic and it didnt wash anything after. I had to use a pony tail to keep the laundry doors closed because the doors didnt work. The laundry machines and dryers barely worked. Theyre doing construction next door that literally shook things off my wall, so expect for rent to skyrocket too when the new luxury apts open up when development is finished there. I had to have att come out because my internet wasnt working and its because a switch was painted over and before it was painted over, the wires werent even connected.Overall, not much good to bring to light. Definitely would not recommend. more ... hide ...
