Livingston town house its a nice area and nice houses. But Im disappointed and shame of the management office they not responsible and organized in there. Got you signed papers from three years old, when I had a lready sign . Every time there a issue with this people in the office. They been changing extra fee without notifying you. worst things they dont know what they doing, they not going by the book. You Ask them questions dont know. If you want to report or need to sign new lease it take them months for appointment. To fix issue is another problem take a long to do they job or the work they do fixed you problems isnt great job. The other problem mouse is coming over and roaches . No matter you keep your home clean and safe nothing can be change as long we got this problem. Other issue they have is the rent, they give different rent amount . When you rent is 30/ percent of your income , over charging tenant and rectification never be done on time. Cus theyre not on point and organized. Hire management with no experience and also not responsible. there too much problems going on and tenant are leaving.they charge to much rent and isnt worsted for the service they giving here. I glad I move out. Thats y I give them one star more ... hide ...

I have lived in the Riverbend complex for almost two years and it has been a terrible experience. After not allowing a tour until the move in date, I have experience multiple issues with the unit. The refrigerator is cov ered in rust and I was told by the manager that would have to pay an upgrade fee in order to fix that issue. There is no point in putting in a maintenance request because they could take up to a year for them to come fix the issue. My dryer has been broken since the day I moved in. After a plumbing issue that arose from one of the upstairs tenants pouring grease down the drain, they did not have the issue fixed until i arrived home from work with the sink flooded and my kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and half the living room was soaked with dirty dish water. After that plumbing issue it caused water damage to my kitchen counters around 08/16/2021 and till the date of 05/3/2022 the issue has not been addressed. I spoke with the Leasing Manager about this several times and the first response I got was that maintenance has been busy. I know several residence in the area who have placed work orders in within that time frame and had the issue resolved. I contacted the property manager about it again and was told they would come on a specific day but no one showed up. The water damage has caused mold to grow in the kitchen cabinets and damaged the shelves so I have not been able to store my pots and pans anywhere accept my dining room table. The property manager does not seem to take this issue seriously. Also I was told that the property was deep cleaned when i first arrived. Upon discovery while cleaning when i first moved in, I learned that that statement was a lie. After pulling out the washer and dryer, I discovered a hard layer of dirt and a sock that belonged to the previous tenant. They were even so lazy that instead of moving the sock when the were painting, they simply painted of the sock and called it a day. They also used tape to cover any holes in the wall and simply spray painted over it. Used tape to repair the blinds in my dining room and told me I had to pay for new ones even though they were broken when I arrived. There paint job overall seems as if they put no effort in even trying to make it look nice. There is paint residue on the bathroom mirrors, patio door frame, and water heater. I wished to be contacted by someone higher than the property manager since they are in no rush to address any of the issues I have brought up over the past 2 years. more ... hide ...
