This place has gorgeous apartments with utilities included, beautiful views of downtown Woonsocket depending on your apartment placement. Management does struggle to keep up with maintenance at times. The new management team doesnt care about upkeep of the building and allows tenants to keep extra cars in the parking lot as storage.
