I have lived here for almost 5 years and I cannot WAIT to get out of here! The past few years have been tolerable at best, but this latest management company (@first communities)has been the absolute worst. Nothing is ever their fault, they have an excuse for everything, their communication with the residents is horrendous. The water bill is paid equally no matter if its one person in an apartment or 10. My water bill has tripled with this new company, my latest bill was $140. I am one person who takes one shower a day, seldomly uses their dishwasher and tries to conserve water. This doesnt include the washing machine, thats located in a separate area that people use for their own personal dumpster and the management refuses to clean it out. There is currently 3 weeks worth of trash in there (see attached picture) and Ive seen rodents coming out of there! I wouldnt recommend my worst enemy to live here!And, of course, theyll say they are trying to correct the problems from the previous management, thats a big fat lie, all the matters I spoke of are RECENT, not from a year ago! I heard First Communities Management is leaving already....GOOD!! more ... hide ...
