Nasty. Kids are very unruly! The kids do not watch out for traffic. Always running/riding bikes in and out of cars. The kids stand on the steps in packs. Its a lot of cussing, yelling and bullying. I do not allow my child outside anymore. The children do not move when they see people coming. Kids bikes left on side walks for you to have to walk over! Steps and landing very dirty from food and things being spilled!! Things dried up on walls from trash being left out on landings overnight. The school bus picks all the kids up at the mailbox, the only way out, stopping traffic for several minutes. more ... hide ...

My experience here was good before my relatives got trifling neighbors, who gave them a bedbug infestation they had been living there for over 5years and never had roaches, spiders, nor bedbugs period and the sad part is the people who own the complex wont do nothing about because of bad the upstairs neighbors are, these pictures are what my niece pulled off of her in one night and when my family has complained to the rental manager about the problem they told them that if they wanted the problem gone they had to pay for it themselves, on top of other issues they were supposed to fix their floor from the time the dryer had backed up and flooded their kitchen so it makes the house really look a mess, I know that everyone house isnt perfect but Ive had to help them get rid of furniture on numerous occasions because of this and for all this I could have stayed in a cheap motel and probably would have had a better experience than visiting there, and since these neighbors have moved in you hear their young children running over top of your head sound as if they were coming through the ceiling and when the complaints were made nothing was done so would I recommend living here no because the complex owners dont take action to fix the problems they just ignore the problem and want you to deal with it best was possible while jacking the rent up in the process so if want a quiet community where kids get along fine but will they do anything to fix anything else no because they look at it as not their problem and its sad because everyone cant afford to pick up and just leave like they want to but for a better experience Id suggest going to a hotel be visiting or wanting to move here cause they wont do nothing to help their tenants but they have their hands out to take your money and this Ive seen 1st hand more ... hide ...
