Where they have listings needs to be updated. Very inconsistent. I paid the $50 application fee to apply to an \"available unit\" only to get a call stating that it wasnt available and I can be put on a list. Waste of ti me and resources. Unit was also listed at $700, Im glad I asked because the price changed to almost $900. more ... hide ...

I know people who lived there a man died in a fire in one if apartments. They have yet to remodel or remove the debris . Thats a health hazard. Another resident has mold in her window pane and they told her to used ble ach. Another resident have bugs coming in from cracks in the wall. Another resident had leaking ceiling they patched up , blinds are old dirty before the resident moved . Terrible I going to write to the city to help these folks out. They need 0 rating more ... hide ...

Maintenance takes at least 6 months to address and to fix any items that are broken . I spent almost the whole summer with no AC in 104 degree weather. due to the AC being broken it caused Mold to build up i notified t he office and staff came in and painted over the mold and then said there was no mold.. It took me to file a complaint to the BBB and calling the news stations for the office personnel to respond. When i told them i was not signing another lease they asked me if I wanted to move to another building but wanted to charge me additional fees.. after i said no and moved out someone shot up the wall in the second bedroom and management told me i wasnt responsible for the damages however would not provide me any details on how did this happen..If i were you i wouldnt even fill out an application here save your money and time. even though the apartments are nice the headache is not worth it. more ... hide ...
