I wanted to give this place a chance even after reading all the horrible reviews. I thought with them being older reviews that maybe something had changed. I was wrong and just want this to be a warning for anyone lookin g now! I first tried to set up a viewing with no response whatsoever, they actually let you schedule it fully and say someone will contact you to confirm, which never happened. I was in desperate need of a place quickly so I decided to apply to get the process started. I applied, payed the application fee, gave all my documents in and contacted them through email to let them know I applied. I was told it would take a few days to process and I would hear back. After a full week or hearing nothing, I reached out again and was told my application would be gone through that day (which means nothing happened at all for a full week when apparently it could have been processed in a day) I heard back later that day that everything looked good on my application, but that I would need a co-signer, which I expected so I had them apply too (also paying another application fee) and had them send it in. After that I had to wait a few more days without hearing anything. We had no way to contact them other then email, as when me and my co-signer called multiple times there was no answer, and we were met with a message saying the voicemail was full. When I finally did hear back I got a brief message saying I was denied based on my original application! After it was earlier stated to me that everything was fine and making my co-signer apply and waste money for no reason. I reached back out asking what was wrong and if there was anything I could do to clear up anything that was missing so we could be approved and was ignored and never responded to. Luckily I found another amazing apartment with very professional, responsive management who were nothing but kind and helpful. But I cant get over the insane unprofessional staff here and the fact that they wasted my time, my co-signers money, straight out lied to me about my application in the first place and also ignored my attempts to contact them in the end to resolve things. I am not one to usually right reviews, especially this long of one, but Im hoping sharing my experience will save someone else all the hassle of trying to apply to this place. more ...

If anyone is thinking of leasing at this complex, please read this review (I know, its a lengthy one). The incompetence of this place knows no bounds. My partner and I applied here early August of 2021 and started th e application process at the end of that month. The process of filling out paperwork should take a few days max, but it took us over a month and a half. We dont live close to the area, so we had to email everything back and forth to the office. We would call regularly to check up on our application/make sure they received the proper documents, but they almost never answered (unless it was an hour before closing). They were very slow to the emails as well, sometimes we wouldnt hear anything until days later. I understand the office only has two staff members and are incredibly busy, but our application process took a MONTH. Many times we would receive an email with documents that had incorrect names, addresses, or other information on it. We would ask them to correct this, and they would send it back with another error. This happened several times. One of the women even told us to just cross it off and fix it ourselves. This made me not trust the competence of the staff. In this time, the office gave us a move-in date and even emailed us a link to create a tenant portal (where tenants pay for rent). They kept insisting our move-in date was secure and we were good to go. Because of this, I put in my two weeks to transfer to a different job near the complex. Near our move-in date they let us know the unit needed a new fridge and bathtub, and we wouldnt be able to move-in. Meanwhile, our paperwork still wasnt approved by compliance and we couldnt move in until that was finished as well. When confronting the two staff members over the phone and expressing our frustrations, the community manager was audibly annoyed. She said, in essence, We gave you the option of another unit, now that option is gone. I explained to her that we cannot move into ANY unit because their compliance staff member hadnt approved the paperwork yet. At this remark, she was even more annoyed and had nothing else to tell me. The few times they would answer the phone, the staff would just tell us we dont know to any question we had. It is my understanding that it is their JOB to answer inquiries about units and the move-in process. Just two days ago they finally email us right before closing that they cannot proceed with our move-in. We were at this back-and-forth process for almost a month and a half now. When insisting they wasted our time and asking for a reason for our sudden denial, the manager said our verifications were found not valid. She further said that they do not know the outcome of an application until its been submitted to compliance. With that being said, Im not quite sure why these people gave us a move-in date and supplied us with a tenant portal if the outcome wasnt decided yet. The staff made us believe this unit was ours and made almost no effort to ensure it was. They strung us along with false promises and were incredibly difficult to work with. Its my belief that we were denied because the incompetent staff supplied compliance with incorrect paperwork that had constant errors. We were conned big time. Save your money, your sanity, and your time.
