Horrible company ! Nicole is very nosy and always in your business and monitoring who you bring in and out of your house where you pay rent. Upon moving out false charges were put on my account for electricity wh en I payed electricity through MGE and not through the building so how could I have electricity charges? Reached out to Nicole and stone house development about the false charges with no response from either. Its clear theyre trying to put false charges on my account so it can get sent to collections and they can sabotage my rental history but Im currently in tune with a lawyer and tenant resource center :) more ... hide ...

Its not that friendly as it appears to be .Dont let this place fool you, theres plenty of nosy people. it does has some nice qualities like cheap meals for elderly downstairs. Just avoiding sitting out front on the bench es where gossip takes place everyday. Nice common areas inside and out, id rather avoid them. Seems its mostly for eldery who have grandchildren, the younger society who r on dissiability arent very welcome here. Best to keep to yourself if you are younger then most of them. Lots of re occurring civil matters happen here everyday. If you dont leave your home you are better off to avoid civil problems. im not harming the business here but it is the solid truth. more ... hide ...

Im glad I will never have to be in a dump like that. Shame on the manager of the place blaming someone for \"bringing it in\". Even so, it shouldnt have gotten to the point that it was heavily infested. Dont they wash s heets and clean rooms?
