Im sitting here looking at the reviews and I dont know how anyone can give this place anything less than a 5!!! You wont find a place that comes anywhere close to here. My mom lived here for 8 years and wouldnt live anyw here else!!! Of course you have problems but your gonna have that when you have that many people under one roof. They were addressed in a quickly manner. They have a salon, store, coffee house, activities, beautiful grounds, amazing maintenance crew and wonderful staff!! My mom died and wanted it to be there so that should tell you something. The only reason she didnt is because I choose to move her to hospice. But in her final days the staff and everyone was the best and I could of never done it without them!!!! God bless the entire staff and everyone else there!!! If I could give more stars I would. This apartment complex had my car towed illegally while I was DELIVERING GROCERIES TO A QUARANTINED FRIEND due do COVID-19, and then refused to provide any sort of help getting the car back. I was parked legally for a to tal of 30 minutes. My friend has WRITTEN PROOF from the landlord saying guests can park there, and the landlord still refused to do anything. This cost me over 300 dollars and caused me to miss work. They have illegally towed her car as well (FOR NO REASON WHEN SHE HAD A PERMIT DISPLAYED AND WAS PARKED CORRECTLY), and SHE LIVES THERE. more ... hide ...

Lived here for almost 5 years and I would not recommend it. The management was terrible, they were rarely in the office, never picked up the phone, and were rude. We had mail, and packages stolen more than once and the previous manager showed little concern and made a joke about it stating \"should I stand near the mailbox and watch for your package\". During our time here we had multiple things break which is expected but they were rarely fixed in a timely manner, or fixed as they have been. We lived in a loft and the heating system was also terrible, there was only a wall unit to heat the living room/kitchen and needless to say were were usually freezing in the winter. I will say that just before we moved out a new manager was hired who seemed much more friendly and professional so hopefully she will get this place turned around. Overall Im just glad I dont live here anymore. more ... hide ...
