Please Please Please dont move to this apartment building. Its haunted. Had a horrible experience with the paranormal. I have a feeling someone summoned something.. as I felt something pushing me. I also got dragged out of bed. My animals would go crazy and not want to be in the bedroom. My Dog would bark at the closet and I swear I saw something with red glowing eyes peaking out of the closet. Please note I dont do drugs and I dont drink. If you want to deal with Demons and get clawed at thats up to you but I seriously wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Also besides it being haunted, the manager wouldnt do anything about the smoking inside the building or the people trying to break into that apartment from the outside. more ... hide ...

Love the living on the outer edge of town. The apartments are a little outdated, but come with a storage unit right next to your apartment. Also, some neighbors are exceptional, but many are questionable.

I have lived in Greenspire Apartments for three months and will certainly not be renewing my lease. Since moving in, my girlfriend and I have experienced severe issues with insects in the apartment, including crickets d ropping out of the vents in the apartment (yes, dropping - including out of the vents directly above the toilet). We typically find and kill 3-5 crickets each day inside our apartment along with other insects (spiders, pill bugs and beetles). Management/maintenance have been extremely reluctant at best to help with this issue - they punted to an outside pest control company, and the pest control company punted back and told us it was a maintenance issue and that they are unable to alter the vent system to prevent the insects from entering. Maintenance refuses to do anything further to address the issue as they insist the vents are a \"sealed system\" and that nothing can get in (despite us personally witnessing crickets dropping from the vents and having photograph and video evidence to the contrary). Horrible experience and both my girlfriend and I feel that we have been mistreated by Greenspire, in addition to having to deal with a horrible insect infestation. more ... hide ...

Wish I could give zero stars. Had a non functioning water softener for all the townhomes for 5 months so we had yellow, sandy, smelly water you couldnt drink or cook with and caused a blood scene in the bathtub from the hard water, had a front door that wouldnt shut properly, and had a leak in the ceiling and walls the complex failed to fix at all resulting in mold.After I moved out instead of replacing the moldy drywall they patched it up and painted over it so they could list it for rent. more ... hide ...
