I was super excited to get my first apartment. Staff was friendly and had quick responses up until a week before my move in date. STILL HAVENT HEARD anything almost 2 weeks since. I had a move in date the week of Februar y 21st. Kayla was the office staff I was communicating with, once again she was great and communicated great until the week before. She explained that sometimes dates can change which is understandable. The week before my move in date I reached out to ask if there was an official date and 2 weeks later I havent heard any responses. I wouldnt recommend anyone waste their money to apply here. It seems as all they want is the deposit money. This can all be resolved so easily but Kayla and the other staff would rather ignore than do whats right. more ... hide ...

I have lived here for almost 11 years. This property needs some TLC. New owners bought this property I am hoping things change here. The residents cant get into the office its always closed or the property manager is nev er here. Us residents are left half the time with no property manager on the property, nor is there any other management in the office. As a resident I think we should be able to go into the office if needed but cant if noone is in there. PLEASE GET SOMEONE BETTER IN THE OFFICE AS A PROPERTY MANAGER Also maintenance is different story about all I have to say about maintenance. This review isnt made to make it look bad here. I did a review so maybe the owners will do something here. There are alot of great things here but there are alot of bad things too. Hopefully things get changed. Thanks. more ... hide ...
