Wait for a Decision – Once you’ve submitted the application and payment, we’ll get to work on our side. We’ll process your application and provide a decision within 24 hours, often faster than that.
Submit Security Deposit, Move-in Funds, and Schedule Move-In – After you receive approval, you’ll be asked to pay a security deposit, a one-time non-refundable Administration Fee ($125) and move-in funds.
