Have lived in my current apartment for a year Now on month to month while looking for a new rental lived at previous rental for 2 yrs No evictions or issues with previous landlords All still great relationships No bad credit just not a long history Its something I have been diligently working on this past year to build The housing subsidy I received was brought to my attention by a student advisor and has been an absolute blessing as it puts us in a phenomenal position to allow me to focus on school while also saving in order to buy a home in a couple years
