Great and affordable place to live. Bus stop a few steps away from building. Walking distance to everything Tim Hortons, supermarket library, school across the street. Pam Am centre, U of T and Centennial few minutes down the road. Management is constantly upgrading and renovating the building and apartments. I have never had any pest issues and thanks to management who does a fantastic job of annual pest control prevention. Amazing rental team, Michelle Rental Coordinator and Paul they do a fantastic job. Very professional and friendly. Keep up the great job.

The appointments have roaches, bed bugs, and mice. Loud neighbors and not well maintained or secured- people prompt the doors to the building open and the garbage is over flowing in the trash area. Very slow to address concerns, fix broken items, or send pest control.
